Refunds and Cancellations

Online Instructor-Led Courses

  • Once your course period begins, payments are final and non-refundable.

  • If you cancel before class starts:

    • 7 business days or more before start date → Refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

    • Less than 7 business days → No refund, unless there’s a serious emergency (proof required).

Self-Paced Recorded Courses (Subscriptions)

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly.

  • Payments are final once processed.

  • To avoid being charged again, cancel at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

  • No refunds for unused time, partial months, or forgetting to cancel.
